Kundalini Massage is a three-level training that combines massage, bodywork, somatic therapy, and body psychoanalysis. The program includes both theory and hands-on practice, such as touch-based massage, chakra assessment, body energetics, breathwork, movement, and foundational neuroscience.

This training is suitable for beginners and practitioners interested in Kundalini energetics and is taught within a clear ethical and therapeutic framework. It does not aim to awaken Kundalini energy, but instead focuses on identifying and releasing blockages in the body’s energy channels to support healthy energetic flow.

Students complete a minimum of six hours of Kundalini Massage practice to refine their skills. The course includes a written report reflecting on the sessions, client experiences, and questions that arise, with a focus on psychoanalysis, trauma awareness, and understanding unconscious patterns.

To receive certification, students must submit a video of themselves delivering the full three-level session to a willing client. The recording, including required verbal guidance, is reviewed by the training team. Face visibility can be avoided if needed, but video submission is required to complete the course.

This training is for individuals who are compassionate, open-minded, and interested in helping others. It is suited to those with an interest in Eastern practices and some understanding of Kundalini, yoga, or the body’s energy centers, who wish to deepen their knowledge or add Kundalini Massage as a new or complementary professional modality.
